Our congregation understands that faith is “caught, not taught”. We encourage parents to take seriously their roles as the primary influences on their children’s faith, while at the same time supporting Christian education in the congregation for all ages.
Sunday mornings include two different classes for adults and young adults, a nursery class, a lower and upper elementary class, and a middle school class. Confirmation classes for eighth through ninth graders involve young people in a more intensive program of faith formation over a two-year period. Other special education events, such as Wednesday evening Lenten programs or thematic Bible studies, are also offered regularly.
September through May (the school year), learners and teachers gather for Sunday School at 9:00 AM, followed by Worship at 10:30 AM. June through August, worshippers gather first for the 9:00 AM Worship service, followed by Sunday School at 10:15 AM.
Trinity also celebrates the occasions of fourteen different Faith Milestones during a young person’s life:

Baptism Birthday

Faith Milestones are celebrated in worship, with gifts and prayers, and most are preceded by a special learning event with children and parents.
